Order Processing
All orders are processed before shipping. Processing times can vary by product type and order volume. Shipping estimates below begin after processing is complete.
US & Canada - Domestic
- -Standard: 3-4 business days after processing
- -Carbon-Neutral Standard: 3-4 business days (same speed, with CO2 compensation)
- -Express: 1-3 business days after processing
US & Canada - International
- -Standard: 5-20 business days after processing
- -Carbon-Neutral Standard: 5-20 business days (same speed, with CO2 compensation)
- -DDP Standard (Canada only): 3-5 business days, up to 12 for Atlantic region
- -Express: 1-3 business days after processing
Europe
- -Standard: 5-20 business days after processing
- -Carbon-Neutral Standard: 5-20 business days (same speed, with CO2 compensation)
- -DDP Standard (UK only): 3-7 business days after fulfillment
- -Express: 1-3 business days after processing
Shipping Methods
- -Standard: regular delivery at standard timeline
- -Carbon-Neutral Standard: same timeline, with carbon emissions compensation
- -Express: faster delivery window than Standard
- -DDP Standard: duties and import taxes prepaid for eligible regions
Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, method, and order details. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, customs processing, or carrier delays. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $149.99+ (after discounts, before taxes).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and live tracking link.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For eligible destinations, DDP options include duties in the shipping cost shown at checkout. If DDP is not available for your destination, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@suvice.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out. No BS.
